Submitting photographs

Common Ground is a project for everyone of any age and photographic ability. We simply ask that you live or work in Royal Tunbridge Wells, so that you can share the places and sights that mean the most to you.

Your photo could be of:

  • A favourite local place or landmark, from a fresh, personal perspective.
  • A community event, big or small.
  • A quiet moment that feels uniquely "Tunbridge Wells."
  • A portrait of someone who embodies the spirit of our town.
  • The nature and landscapes that define our area.

You can submit up to 5 photographs by completing the form on this page. By submitting photographs, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the exhibition.

The deadline for photo submissions is 9.00pm on Friday 24 July.

Photos can only be submitted via this website. If selected for the exhibition, photos may be enlarged to A2 size. For this reason, photos must be taken at 20 mega pixel resolution if possible, and at least 6000 pixels on the longest edge of the image (portrait or landscape)

Terms and Conditions

  • Photographs submitted by any individual must be original and not created using AI tool

  • You must have full rights over the photos, and agree to allow the organisers of Common Ground use of the images to promote the submission of further photos, and to promote the exhibition later in the year.

  • Photos selected for exhibition may also be used by the organisers and event supporters for post-event reports and publicity.
